How quickly can you launch a pilot in our market?
We can mobilize a 30–60 day pilot within 14 days of agreement. That includes staffing, activation materials, a launch calendar, and KPI tracking so you have real data fast.
What does a pilot include and how much does it cost?
Each pilot includes local staffing, training, activation creative, targeted marketing, CRM integration, daily scoreboards, and a post-pilot decision pack. Budgets vary by market and scope — we’ll send a transparent, line-item proposal before kickoff and a performance agreement that aligns payment to outcomes.
What do you mean by “you only pay for results”?
We structure pilots with performance-aligned terms: success metrics and payment milestones are defined up front. If agreed KPIs aren’t met, the financial terms reduce your risk. We’ll document thresholds and measurement methods in the performance agreement.

What industries do you work with — are there restrictions?
We work with retail, telecom, fintech, hospitality, consumer brands, and nonprofits. Regulated verticals (e.g., certain financial products, healthcare) may require custom compliance scopes; we’ll flag any restrictions during discovery.
Can you scale this across multiple markets?
Yes. After a successful pilot we standardize the winning playbook (SOPs, training modules, scripts), build a market rollout plan, and deploy regional management and central ops to preserve quality and shorten ramp time.

What kinds of roles are you hiring for?
We hire field team leads, activation producers, sales & partnerships managers, customer success specialists, data/analytics associates, and growth engineers. Roles are both market-based (field) and remote/central (ops, analytics).
How do I apply and what should I include?
Apply via Linkedin or email careers@ultima.com . Include a resume and a 1–2 sentence note about the last live moment you helped create (could be a show, activation, volunteer event — anything that shows execution).
Do you hire remotely or only in-market?
At the moment we are only hiring for in-person positions. Field roles require local presence and travel — we’ll specify location and travel expectations in job listings.

What training and development will I get?
New hires follow a 30/60/90 ramp plan, hands-on role-play, live coaching, and access to training modules. We invest in skill coaching (energy, scripts, objection handling) and fast-track leadership pathways for high performers.
What compensation and benefits do you offer?
We offer competitive pay plus performance bonuses. Benefits vary by role and location (local benefits or stipends). Equipment (ipad, field kit) and learning allowances are provided where relevant.
